Short version: this site doesn’t track you. We only receive what you send us through the contact form, and we use it to reply.

Who we are

QBKLABS is a software consultancy based in Lima, Peru. We are responsible for the personal data described on this page.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company (optional), project type, budget range, timeline and message. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you include in that email.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to talk about your project. We don’t sell it, share it for marketing or add you to a newsletter.

Services that process it

This is a static website hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, then delivered to our Google Workspace inbox through the Gmail API. These providers may process data outside Peru, under their own security and privacy commitments.

Cookies and analytics

We don’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Turnstile only runs on the contact page to tell humans from bots, and doesn’t build a profile of you.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages while we’re in conversation or working together, and delete them when they’re no longer needed or when you ask us to.

Your rights

Under Peru’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733) you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Write to us and we’ll answer within the legal timeframes.
